Yew

Yew is a prominent feature in Celtic and Anglo-Saxon traditions, symbolising eternal life, death and rebirth. It was prized in medieval England for longbows. Ours comes from a local tree surgeon and is pale yellow to rich orange colour with a beautiful flowing grain.
